Alfredo Morelos is attracting interest from clubs in the English Premier League. The Colombian international was a subject of several bids from Premier League clubs in the January transfer window.

Aston Villa made a bid for the Rangers Glasgow forward but the club refused to do any deal. Aston Villa have been hit hard by injury as their summer acquisition and top scorer Wesley suffered a huge injury that ruled him out for the remainder of the season.

Since the injury suffered by Wesley the club have been on a look out for another target man. They went all out for the Rangers top man but no deal materialized. Reports also suggests that they will make another return for the player in the summer.

West Ham was another club to show genuine interest in the Colombia international as they also saw their bid rejected by Rangers. West Ham are in danger of suffering another relegation as they have failed to move clear of danger.

They have sacked Pellegrini and replaced him with a familiar face, David Moyes, but things have not changed much for the capital-based club.

Morelos started his career with Indipendiente Medellin, in Colombia before moving to Finland with HJK Helsinki, he joined Rangers in 2017 and he has scored 44 league goals since then.

It is not too clear how long Rangers can hold Morelos, but they are determined to keep him for as long as they can.

Steven Gerrard men have relied heavily on the goals of Morelos, as they bid to wrestle the title away from Celtic, who are going for their tenth straight league title.

The club are prepared to offer the 23-year-old fresh contact, so as to keep the suitors away, and it is believed they are about reaching an agreement with the player.
