The Portuguese squad managed to defeat Denmark and Armenia with scoreboards of 1-0 in each match and all of the goals were scored by Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s contributions for Portugal have been noticed by the Portuguese Football Federation (FDF) as the organization named him as the best Portuguese player of all time.

In January of the current year, there was a ceremony which was established in Portugal where C.Ronaldo was announced as the best Portuguese player in the history and Jose Mourinho was also announced as the best Portuguese coach.

C.Ronaldo is the latest Ballon d’Or as he was given the prestigious individual award in January as he earned 37% of the votes meanwhile Lionel Messi earned 15%.
